Myers, and partially in Charlotte county Florida and partially in Lee county.

We are surounded by water with the Gulf of Mexico to the west, and Charlotte Harbor to the east, and the intracoastal waterway adjacent to many of our properties we simply could not be better positioned for those looking to enjoy breath taking sunsets or days on the water.
